My partner and I financed a vehicle from this dealership and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Noel. Unlike other car salesmen, he did not come off as greedy or pushy, but rather, patient, engaging, friendly, and even funny. I felt as though I was speaking with a friend rather than an employee. Noel took the time to show us all the available options for the specific model we were interested in and allowed us to take our time with no rush to sign any paperwork. Once we decided on a certain vehicle, he worked with us to get us to where we wanted. He provided constant updates and was very efficient with his time, always letting us know what he was doing and how long he would be away from his desk. Despite having a tight schedule due to needing to pick up our daughter from school, Noel ensured that we were out of the dealership with a vehicle in a timely fashion. I was impressed that we were able to finance the vehicle and walk out with it on the same day, as I have spent several days in other dealerships trying to do the same. He was wonderful, quick, helpful, and efficient. Not only did he work with us to get us to the numbers we wanted, but he also provided advice for future transactions. He even made time to engage in conversations with us that were highly thought-provoking. Overall, I cannot recommend North Shore Honda enough. I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I had the most exceptional experience with the team at Hillside Honda - Edwin Luzon and Eli Hartley - who were both supremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. Upon arriving to collect the car, Edwin professionally too me through the paperwork, dominated all the features of the car, and sent me on my way with helpful directions to get out of the city.
