I had a great first car buying experience here! Juan Gomez replied to my email promptly and set up a time for us to meet to test drive the car, and I fell in love with the car, so I bought it! I was nervous about being scammed because I don’t know much about cars, but I never felt like that at all. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and helped us to get a great deal on the car. Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! We recently purchased a Honda Certified Pre-owned CRV. We were really enjoying it, then out of nowhere, it simply would not start. Nothing I did would get it charged up or jump started. I called Sabino Retana in the Service department and he sent a porter, Gabriel, to our home 40 miles away to jump start the car. He left the service shuttle in our driveway and drove our car to the dealership. They discovered a dead cell in the battery, replaced the battery and did a complimentary 16 point recheck of the car. Then they drove the car back to our home and parked it in our garage. WHO DOES THAT KIND of SERVICE? Lute-Riley does. We will be friends for life!!! Dick Ivey
