Sheehy staff continued to be helpful even after the purchase, helping us search for some items we thought were left at the office. Ayesha was excellent to work with to purchase my CRV. It had been 14 years since my last vehicle purchase and it was quite a comfortable experience. She explained every step thoroughly and the vehicle features during the test drive. She made sure it was fully inspected, cleaned, and tags transferred before I drove it off the lot.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

Ourisman Honda in Bethesda and Rich Kandel?s team is the best car dealership and I highly recommend them! My tire had a nail in it and they were able to patch wash fill air into all tires and do point inspection as well very happy with service
