New and used 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid for sale near Inverness Highlands South, FL

I went in for a test drive. I’d called ahead and the vehicle (CR-V hybrid) was pulled up front and ready to go. A quick interaction with the manager and the salesman (which may have gone faster because I was already in their system from a prior visit) and we were off on a good test route. The salesman, Sasha, was knowledgeable about his product and easy to converse with, and asked good questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. No hard sell. If all dealership interactions were this efficient, effective and pleasant people would feel more positively toward dealership relationships.

I have been using Columbia Honda for all of my services and repairs on my 2018 Nissan Frontier for the past several years and have NEVER had any issues whatsoever. Picked up a nail in a tire on our way to a medical appointment. Were close to the Honda dealership so we stopped there in hopes of a quick tire fix. Thanks to Sebastian Baquero for the great service. He went out of his way to make sure we got shuttled to an appointment while they fixed my truck. Really nice guy with a great attitude.

Fix my truck headlight. They got the parts in a couple of days. In the meantime I was in a loaner truck. So no problem. Shame that parts are not kept in stock but that how it is. Joe does a great job

I bought my Honda in 2013, and purchased/added on the lifetime synthetic oil changes as long as I own the vehicle, which paid for itself after the first 3 years I owned the vehicle. I appreciated how I received a video from the tech doing the service, showing me exactly what was going on with my car and the air filters and explaining everything very clearly so I understood!

I purchased a new 2019 vehicle from Casey Honda, NEWPORT NEWS, VA in May, 2019. I had an issue arise and the Service Dept. (Mgr. Mike Zeno) handled it quickly and professionally. Mr. Malone, Dealership General Manager, was EXTREMELY fair in the way he resolved my issue. I have been buying vehicles since 1968 and I have NEVER been treated as well by a dealership as I was at Casey Honda. It's not how you're treated when things are going well. More important is how do they treat you 2-3 years after the sale when there is a problem. With Mike Zeno and Mr. Malone, you're in great hands.
