Scott Dahman was the sales agent at Apostolakis Honda that we communicated with about purchasing a Honda CR-V Sport-L hybrid. We began communications by email, but Scott was very above board and replied with a quote for the specific car we requested by email before we met him. We then talked on the phone and got an even better price before we drove over an hour to get to the Cortland dealership. Scott was friendly and supportive of all our questions being first time Honda buyers. He went the extra mile and even through in a gas card as part of the deal. It is a family-owned business which we liked so they are very competitive in their pricing. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a new car.

Adam is just a really nice man. There was absolutely no pressure. The transaction wasn’t the least bit stressful. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock so they got it in on a dealer trade.
