I just bought a brand new Honda accord hybrid and traded in my old one from AutoNation Honda Sanford. It absolutely gave me the best experience in new car purchase in my lifetime, their outstanding service quality, speed, clarity, kindness, and reliability! Hidden fees and trapping strategies, the dark side of sales culture in the industries are so common nowadays. However, I didn't see or have not felt them at all this time, at least thus far, from this purchase. It would definitely be the place for me to go again when considering to buy another car. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a new car or trade in a car.

He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. Great Experience with Honda of Ocala. My salesman Shac Perkins was awesome. We had to take a 2 1/2 hour drive to get there from Tallahassee but it was worth the drive. Was worried because I arrived at 6:30 p.m. and was hoping not to be in there until midnight. But by 8:45 p.m. I was on the road with my new (used car). The car itself was a great deal and I really had to make that drive to make the purchase! Nick in finance did a great job as well. The electronic signing process was nice. Ied brought in an existing car tag and they handled the transfer with no slow down. Overall, this was a really good purchasing experience and they had to work with me over the phone a bit due to it being an internet sale and stayed a little late to button up the deal!!!
