I was looking at a low mileage used KIA Sportage. I called in at night on a Tuesday and spoke to the internet manager Joe who was extremely helpful and answered my questions regarding the vehicle. He even was able to speak with me on his day off to confirm that the car was still there and assisted me in getting a one way rental car to get there. I may have been a pest because I was calling daily to make sure the vehicle didnt sell. Everyone in the internet department from Joe and the sales fella David were amazing and made the drive from Ohio well worth it. My granddaughter loves her new car. I purchased a new Honda Accord from Napleton in Morton Grove. I did research and reached out to several dealers. Napleton Morton Grove came back with the best initial offer. After a test drive and some negotiation, I drove away in a new Accord. This is the second car I've purchased here and I would do business again.

My salesperson Davi was very knowledgeable and he helped to guide me through my car buying experience. He answered all my questions and eased my concerns. Overall, my experience buying an Accord from Muller Honda was a positive one. Salesman Kurt Kim was professional and straight forward. Still, I would suggest the dealer should lay out extended warranty options earlier in the process, not when you have already decided to buy and are about to sign over a check. Also, the fact that the dealer added on a fee over the MSRP was not surprising, but still disappointing. It does not generate dealer loyalty going forward. But this is my fourth Accord from Muller and I haver always beemn happy with them.

That I can trust Muller to do the professional work needed with the care and concern both myself and my vehicle deserve.
