Very well designed and made. Could use a little more horsepower and less of the techo gauges in the instrument. Some gauges are repetitive and a few are unnecessary and some are useless. Big downer is that on 2026 forward satellite radio is unavailable. I do not like the potential hassle of using my smartphone. Might buy again.

I bought a new Honda from a dealer closer to my home- had a horrible experience back in 2015. I decided to drive for service to Honda Superstore in Lisle, and wished I had bought my Honda initially from them. Service is top notch. They care about the cars and the people that drive them. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

From day one, I could work all the levers, buttons and knobs. The touchscreen is smaller than we wanted, but it’s perfectly fine for everything we need and is easy to use even when driving, due to large icons. The ventilation system is wonderful at cooling us; heater hasn’t been needed yet. The steering wheel seems to be made just for me, and has no edges anywhere. I like that it takes regular gas, is peppy and fun to drive, and gets great gas mileage. It’s a luxury car to me without the luxury cost. And oh yeah, it’s pretty!

Showed up to purchase cr-v hybrid after working out the (out the door price) only to show up at dealer to a hail damaged cr-v after hour and half round trip, stood around the dealership waiting on salesman that was helping two other separate customers (15 min) or so which gave me time to check out the damaged cr-v.I bought from Bommarito before and was very happy. this ordeal was very sketchy.

The service attendant was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He asked about my desire to replace air filters, which I elected to have done.

I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

I purchased a new Honda Accord from Napleton in Morton Grove. I did research and reached out to several dealers. Napleton Morton Grove came back with the best initial offer. After a test drive and some negotiation, I drove away in a new Accord. This is the second car I've purchased here and I would do business again.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

Car inspection was completed very quickly this time compared to last time. Always many people are coming to this dealer, everybody looks comfortable to stay there, I think.

Got our Sport Touring in May. Love it so far. Very comfortable, averaging around 40 mpg. Roomy back seat for seniors. Great on Interstate or around town

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. Let me share that Honda had upped its game with the new CRV hybrid sport model Honda sales were going down and other makers specially Toyota Mazda and Hyundai are making some great cars and competition has really brought the best for the buyers Honda CRV hybrid sport is a great family vehicle Comfortable Sassy Runs great and fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine is also very good Few things Honda can improve are the technology aspect Its high time that the main touchscreen console be updated and made fully functional The system setting is not visible It should be more easy to navigate Technically is key and all the features should be easily accessible and easy to navigate

Purchased a 2024 White CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid in September 2023. 8 months in to driving it and 10k miles later, I can say with confidence this is the best car I have ever owned. This is the first hybrid I have ever driven, and it drives/glides ever so smooth compared to the gas cars of my past. The finish and tech of the Touring really feels luxurious and makes going on long drives something to look forward to. I average anywhere between 32 and 38 mpg per tank of gas, depending on how much I am on the highway. My lone criticism of this vehicle is how much it struggles to go uphill, so much so that I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone who lives in the mountains. I live somewhere relatively flat so this is not much of an issue.

It's larger than my 2020 CRV and quieter. It handles well, the gas mileage is great, and it is fun to drive. It's super economical yet has some giddy-up when needed on the highways. I like the extra storage and the revamp of the cargo area - it makes using the space more sensible with the flat tire fixer not under the mat. I wish it came with homeland, but that wasn't a show stopper for me. As far as aesthetics, it's a beautiful car! I love the exterior changes and that extra sporty look does turn some heads
