We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

Tarrytown Honda Dealership accomodated repairs. Reverse all negative reviews. If you are not a Mechanic I would recommend that you bring one to review any Pre-owned purchases.

Showed up to purchase cr-v hybrid after working out the (out the door price) only to show up at dealer to a hail damaged cr-v after hour and half round trip, stood around the dealership waiting on salesman that was helping two other separate customers (15 min) or so which gave me time to check out the damaged cr-v.I bought from Bommarito before and was very happy. this ordeal was very sketchy.

Purchased a 2024 White CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid in September 2023. 8 months in to driving it and 10k miles later, I can say with confidence this is the best car I have ever owned. This is the first hybrid I have ever driven, and it drives/glides ever so smooth compared to the gas cars of my past. The finish and tech of the Touring really feels luxurious and makes going on long drives something to look forward to. I average anywhere between 32 and 38 mpg per tank of gas, depending on how much I am on the highway. My lone criticism of this vehicle is how much it struggles to go uphill, so much so that I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone who lives in the mountains. I live somewhere relatively flat so this is not much of an issue.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Excellent performer. Plenty of zip and power. I’ve recorded 39.6 mpg in warm weather last year. Down and back to Florida was recorded at 38.8. Very spacious, excellent cargo capacity. I’m 6’9” and am comfortable behind the wheel.

Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

Since we have only owned this car for about 7 months, we cannot testify to the reliability. We are hoping, based on past Hondas we have owned, that this vehicle will be as reliable. The interior of the CRV Sport-L has everything we could want for convenience and comfort. We recently traded up from the CRV-Sport trim due to the increased comfort level of this vehicle. (Seat control and comfort, Automatic trunk hatch, WIFI apple play, wireless phone charger, Upgraded speaker system.) The car handles well for city as well as highway driving. We compared this to the RAV 4 Hybrid and feel that this model with all that's included beats the RAV 4 considerably by price. So far, so GREAT!

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Had such great service provided from sales to finance ended up coming back two days later and leasing a Civic Sport for my daughter. My wife already has a Pilot Ex-L. This will make our twelfth Honda purchase since moving in the area, all from Joyce Honda. Always top notch service provided. This time for sales we used Joe San Roman. Joe always provides 5 star service and is always goes above and beyond to make a deal happen. We have used Joe in the past, And is always a pleasure to work with (Great job Joe). For finance we used two people who were also amazing to work with. They allowed us to make a smooth transition right through the whole purchasing process. Steve also went above and beyond to make purchasing both vehicles smooth as can be. I had a Bronco I wanted to trade in after deciding to downsize so I sent in an inquiry to Wayne Ford using cars.com. I was a bit skeptical since I’ve never used the app, but their team reached out rather quickly and gave me a ball park for my trade-in through text. I took the drive over from Philly and met the representative, Eric, who reached out to me. I took my new vehicle for a test drive, sat down to discuss my trade in and he did everything in his power to help me get the price I wanted for my trade. I had two other dealerships in the area who were calling me for my trade-in but Eric did a great job hearing me out and pushing to maximize the trade in value of my vehicle while coming down on the price of my new car. After some back and forth, he got me in the ballpark of where I wanted to be and beat out the other two offers I had. It’s nice to be back in a spot where a car salesman wants to compete for your business and doesn’t fall back on the high chance that someone will come in and pay an absurd amount over MSRP. He wasn’t pushing or pressuring me to purchase a bunch of extra warranties I wasn’t interested in, he simply walked me through the options I had with Wayne Ford, what each covered and the costs associated with each one. It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday and Elbio D’Onofrio replied (called me) shortly thereafter. After exchanging some pleasantries, I then asked to speak with the amiable General Sales Manager Justin Agamie. Justin promptly called me and we set up an appointment to meet the following Monday. A handshake and one hour later…BAM…I bought the car I was interested in. Yes, it’s that easy when dealing with professional, proficient and personable people like this!

It's larger than my 2020 CRV and quieter. It handles well, the gas mileage is great, and it is fun to drive. It's super economical yet has some giddy-up when needed on the highways. I like the extra storage and the revamp of the cargo area - it makes using the space more sensible with the flat tire fixer not under the mat. I wish it came with homeland, but that wasn't a show stopper for me. As far as aesthetics, it's a beautiful car! I love the exterior changes and that extra sporty look does turn some heads

We are very happy with the car’s performance and comfort. The only two issues we’ve run into are one, the mileage we’re getting isn’t close to what was on the sticker, and two, the computer/entertainment system has had to be rebooted and the car restarted on several occasions for it to work properly. We’ve also had to change the cable fairly frequently to sinc with the iPhone.

This is our eighth CRV, starting with a 1999. The model hasn't change all that much the past several years, nor should they. Stylish, dependable, great gas mileage (32-41) and just an all around great vehicle. We looked at the newest model but were really put off by the styling. I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! We traded our 2019 Honda Odyssey for this CR-V Hybrid AWD thinking the better mileage would pay for itself in years to come. Our Odyssey was worth so much in trade that the cost to us for the CR-V was only $4,000. The CR-V averages about 41mpg in town and has gotten as high as 48mpg. On the highway, at 75 and in cruise control, we get 35mpg and as high as 39mpg. The Odyssey got 16/26. The CR-V is so comfortable and has so many safety features that it gives us a feeling of security when driving. One small complaint: Honda should have kept the shift lever instead of changing to buttons. The 2024 model has the shift lever back.

Our servicing appointment was done on time, organized and efficient. Our wait time was fair and not excessive and all of the staff we interacted with during our visit were highly professional and welcoming! Mr Shem Nichols was professional and knowledgeable!
