After several disappointing and shady experiences with car dealerships up north, I decided to expand my search. Paris motors had the perfect jeep for me. Micheal is truly a gem. I met Al and the owner as well. All of them are really nice guys who treat you like they would treat their sister or their mother. If you are tired of the stereotypical used car salesman tactics, this is the place to buy from. They are honest, warm, and welcoming. Definitely worth the drive. Thanks so much guys. I love my new jeep!!

I loved this car a ton. I once got an entire washer and dryer inside of it! Handled great. Not terrible gas mileage. Would have loved a more super up version but for a basic car it was stellar!!

Excellent experience! '01 Toyota Corolla
by Dave and Emily from New Berlin, WI
November 5, 2018

Daughter was looking for a good used car on a limited budget. We spoke to both Dave and Benny. Really comfortable conversations. Never felt like they were pressuring us. Daughter liked one car, but it was too much. Talking to Dave (owner) about this, he suggested another car (which was nice), but it had more miles. Dave was willing to come down in price and we bought the '01 Corolla with 76000 miles for a price my daughter could afford. As I was trying to teach my daughter a little about buying a car, Dave and Benny were really good at explaining things to her- something I doubt would happen elsewhere. I am thoroughly impressed with this facility and have already recommended it to others.By the way, they even assisted in arranging for financing-which was easier than going directly through our bank.

I never take the time to do reviews but this time I felt I had to because the gentleman that helped me was just so amazing!! Tyler Brayboy was very professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone!!!!! For starters he was very polite which is always a great thing to have when working in any industry. Being a woman and having terrible past car experiences.. I can honestly say Tyler turned all of that around for me. Every question I had whether big or small he had an answer. He was very honest and cared for me not only as his customer but as a person so I could find a reliable car for myself and my small children. Its hard to find good hearted people in todays time, people that take pride in what they do, and who genuinely care. Thank you Tyler for a great experience and I will continue to recommend you!

Exceeds my needs. Great vehicle, Runs and handles great, quick when it needs to be. Rides well, tons of space for packing it full. Great for our farm, rubber floors are easy to clean. You can literally get a calf in the back. Rear seats fold up and out of your way leaving a huge area for whatever you need to put in it.

Scott Honda of West Chester Review
Gotta love Scott Honda
by Elson from DealerRater.com
November 6, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.9 (1605 reviews)
We live around the corner from Scott Honda and have had our 2003 Civic Hybrid serviced there for 14 years. The old car is still running -- that thing will probably never break down, thanks to Honda's indestructible design and Scott's fantastic mechanics -- but we figured we should finally get a car we could plug our phones into without using the tape deck. So we came to Scott, wondering if their sales department was as good as their service department. It was! From beginning to end, Greg was upbeat, respectful, informative, transparent, and attentive to our requests. We wanted another stick shift, which a lot of people haven't even heard of anymore, but Greg was right there with us, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the things stick shift snobs are enthusiastic about; he gave us great advice and compelling opinions from start to end without trying to change our minds about our fundamental preferences. After we decided what model we wanted and priced the same car at other dealerships, I figured it'd come down to brass tacks with a good haggle, but Greg gave us a great price right off the bat -- $600 less than what any of the other dealerships had offered us, possibly because of our "Scott Loyalty Points" from our decade+ in the service department. Even better, the price he named was the actual price we paid, no surprises. He did offer a bunch of expensive extras, but didn't try to push the soft sell when we declined them (though he did treat us to an entertaining story about a makeup explosion in his wife's car in his bid to sell us that crazy Zurich Shield!) Our time completing the finance process with Tom was great as well. Tom also had a whole list of expensive extra warranties to sell us (but like Greg was completely respectful and didn't argue when we declined them). Absolutely no surprises and great service from start to finish. One detail I should mention: there were some "pre-installed extras" already in the vehicle when it was delivered: you know what they are, things like wheel locks, pinstripe decals, a security system, things we didn't really care for and wouldn't opt for. These things are already in the vehicle and the dealers aren't going to take them out because it would be too much effort. But some dealers are coy about this; they try to leverage the situation to try to get you to pay for them (even though they're just going to throw them in no matter what) but Greg and Tom never tried to do that. I found that, above all, to be eminently respectful to us as customers, and although I don't really care much about having wheel locks, I don't mind having them and it was nice not to have to have any arguments about whether I was going to pay for them. In sum, buying this car -- a Civic sedan EX-T, by the way, which we are COMPLETELY IN LOVE with already -- was just a quality experience from beginning to end. For us, Scott Honda is three miles away. If you don't want to move to our neighborhood just in order to be close to them, you might still consider driving a bit out of your way to buy or service your car at Scott.

If you are a traveler and enjoy driving around town, to the beach, mountains, lake or desert, this car is made for it all. I have the 4-wheel drive version so it is the most versatile version of them all. I love the way it looks. It's functional with fold up back seats, big cargo flatbed area in the back, unique side door openings, and great handling.

I owned this car for 14 years and put 243k miles on it. I made 3 repairs totaling $1500 in all that time that weren't maintenance items (oil, brakes, tires). I live on a farm and could fit amazingly large cargo in it: 8 foot 2x4s, furniture, trash cans. Best part was no carpet to get muddy. Drives well in snow too. Only downside was the mpg was not great. Averaged 20-23, mostly highway.

My wife bought this car in 2007. I had SUVs prior to this. They all had issues. This car had over 100,000 miles when I first started driving it. It is still going with no problems. Requires regular maintenance. Never had a major mechanical issue, and is a beast in bad weather. No idea why Honda stopped making these.

2nd Purchase. Best buying experience ever.
by Trkman from DealerRater.com
December 3, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.9 (1559 reviews)
I bought a van about 5yrs. ago, after being referred to J&M by my neighbor Mike Stoffan. I recently donated it to Disabled American Veterans. After visiting nearly 6 dealerships, I returned to J&M to buy a pick up truck. After I decided on which one I wanted, I met with salesperson Steve Magura right from the start Steve was both professional and a gentleman. After a test drive and checking the truck over, I told him about some concerns I had and he assured me that those would be taken care of. I had a loan pre-approval from my credit union and there was no trade-in. We agreed on a price, I reviewed the purchase order and made a request., Steve spoke to his manager Mr. Brown and he approved it. When I brought the check in I did a pre-delivery inspection, the mechanics did the repairs (as promised), the fluids were changed and the truck was cleaned. I met with Dannielle to complete and sign paperwork and waited nearly 25 mins.for her to process and copy documentation. She apologized for the long wait and said the reason for the delay was because they found a math error and issued me a refund. I could not believe it. I had looked at the purchase order 3 times and everything appeared OK. The point is they could have said nothing but, they did and that speaks volumes about their honesty and integrity. Whenever I called with a question someone got me a answer. Steve called me with updates and kept me informed about what was being done to the truck and when it would be ready. For ALL the above reasons I decided to write this review. If you come to J&M prepared and keep expectations realistic, I'm sure you'll do as well as I did and leave just as satisfied. Thank-you very much to Steve, Mr.Brown, Dannielle, the gentleman who drove to other lot to measure the bed of the truck, the office staff (always willing to get me answers) the mechanics and prep people. Because of all of you, I've FINALLY got the truck I wanted. I am one happy guy. I'll always refer family and friends to J&M. Again,thank-You! I give J&M 10 stars.

I bought my 2004 with a manual transmission brand new and drove it for 10 years. I had a cleaning business so with no carpet inside it was perfect for hauling my cleaning supplies. I have a dog too so it was easy to keep clean. However with no carpet there is some road noise. Very roomy inside too. Moved from TX to PA and had it loaded down. I kept maintenance up on it religiously so it never stranded me....very reliable!

I love this car! The only downside I’ve found so far is gas mileage, but I knew about that before I purchased it. I love the space and the flexibility of this vehicle! I have a dog with limited mobility, and he has a much easier time getting in this vehicle than he did getting into my Elantra. In fact, both dogs just seem more relaxed in this vehicle. Yes, I did buy this vehicle do that our family had a proper car for errands and trips with the dogs. Love the way it looks and handles! I was surprised by the amount of pick-up it had. So comfortable on the inside. I definitely picked a winner!

We bought a Jeep Liberty from Bill at Norm's and found the process simple, friendly and pretty much as easy as it gets. We had also opted for the warranty add-on fee, roughly 13 bucks a a month, and then drove away happy. 2 years later lightening struck and the engine blew on the Jeep. After little back an forth with the warranty company, the folks at Norm's , especially Billy and the service team, worked hard to get the repair done and left us with\ only a $100 deductible to pay compared to the thousands it would have otherwise cost. I would freely recommend Norm's to anyone in search of their next ride!

The Leatherman of vehicles. Flexible + Reliable
by chaotic_neutral from Madison, WI
April 8, 2019

The one and only car for me. It has absolutely everything I need. - Safety: This thing is a tank. It may not have all the bells and whistles of newer models, but it's an absolute tank. It's almost impossible to get seriously injured in an Element due to the innovative design. You're basically driving a huge roll cage down the road. - Handling: The Element is based on the old CR-V, which is in turn based on the Civic. And it really shows in handling. It corners like a slightly tall Civic, thanks in part to Honda putting most of the weight in the floor. It's tall but you'd never know it. - Reliability: Where to even start? These things are bulletproof. I drove my first one for 12 years and 190K miles with only routine maintenance and replacing some wear items (tires, brakes, belts, shocks/springs, spark plugs, starter). It still started up and ran like an absolute champion every single day and drove like the day I bought it. It got totaled when someone ran a light this winter, which devastated me because I planned to drive it for another 10 years or more. So I started a search for a replacement. It took a while but I now have an almost exact replica of my first one and I couldn't be happier with it. - Flexibility: There is no other vehicle out there that can match its flexibility, especially when paired with everything else. It can haul 4 people and a large amount of gear, then in literally 20 seconds you can change the configuration to have a huge back cargo area. Not quite big enough still? Another minute and the back seats come all the way out for a cavernous cargo area. And I've hauled everything and then some in mine. People, all types of construction supplies, compost, straw bales, firewood, excessively dirty dogs, furniture, appliances, 32 bags of cedar mulch, and so much more. Got it dirty? Just get a rag and wipe it out. Elements have the easiest upkeep on their interiors. Everything except the seats is plastic or rubber, and even the seats are super easy to clean. And it can tow too, especially in a stick shift model. - Size and roominess: The Element packs a *LOT* into a pretty small vehicle. I can still park in "compact car" stalls, but the inside is cavernous. Even in the slightly higher back seats, the amount of headroom and leg room is huge. A lot of very tall people have commented that it's the most comfortable car they've ever been in because for once they aren't squashed. It is the Leatherman of vehicles. Always reliable, always tough, surprisingly compact for how much it offers, maybe not the best at any single job because it's not a purpose-built tool, but if you have it with you you'll always be able to get the job done reliably.

I have purchased several cars from Sensible choice over the past few years, so when it was time to get a new car for my wife recently, we naturally went to them first. The salesman, Wayne, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner, John, is a great guy and very reasonable (even if he is from Baltimore, lol). We found a model that fit the style we were looking for and at a price we thought was very fair. We would recommend Sensible Choice to anyone looking for a used car!

Majid was prompt in answering calls and emailing me. Zak, made sure I got a full coverage plan before driving off the car, gave me the key even before I did the paperwork( he's very relaxed and peaceful),let me to test drive without a salesperson in the car no pleasure! Ken got me a good deal on 60000( 4 yrs) warranty, towing package and assured me if I take my car to 405 for repairs within the warranty, they'll waive off $100.00 deductible and if need be they'll give me a rental car for 4 days. Clean, friendly and peaceful facility. Staff is very soft spoken, respectful, relaxed-no tension! The ladies staff had a lot of knowledge on the features of different cars and how to set the vehicle. Zak updated the aspiring buyers if the car they wanted got sold out, because he cares. Ken explained the buying process well and gave good elaborated answers advise and good examples. I'll definitely, refer other customers to 405 motors. Good job team and keep up! I really appreciate your business.

Intelligent design, high utility value, Honda performance and reliability. If your friends say it's ugly, tell them that's character. You will fall in love with this car. Suspension is a little stiff, it's not a Toyota Marshmallow, but it's smooth, has good pickup (even with the automatic transmission). Looks small from outside but this is roomy with some amazing cargo conversion. This should have been Honda's Beetle but their marketing failed and the car didn't get traction. Too bad. Owners love them.

Called to verify that the car was in their inventory. They responded kindly and told me that it was available and that I could give it a test drive if I pleased. Went and drove the car and liked it very much. The financing was very easy and fast. And they don't try to up sell anything else. I didn't feel nervous doing business with them and made sure that I was taken cared of. I would love to come back and do business again with Abraham and the boss.

This car just keeps going. It's incredibly versatile and inexpensive to maintain. The AWD gets me through all types of weather conditions and the spacious interior will hold a seemingly endless amount of cargo.

No carpet, open door layout and great on gas. I have owned these in the past. Always looking for another one to have in the family.

AUTOSOURCE Review
Amazing and worth it!

I walked in looking to purchase a BMW and had a great experience with Rima and his employees. The fact that the owner is part of his team and is present to assist me was a big deal, and something I really appreciate because it says a lot about his company and dedication. Their indoor showroom and great selection of luxury and sport cars to choose from is perfect and maintained properly and clean. I picked the M3 I wanted and sealed the deal. This is my second experience at AutoSource and I enjoy buying from them because I don't feel pressured to buy and they give me options with proper advice to back up their prices and info. ny BMW was detailed and filled up on fuel for delivery as promised. And if you don't buy a car from them, at least get to know Rima because he knows what he is doing and can give you advice whether you buy from him or not. I am a happy buyer :)

This car meets my needs. It’s very comfortable and has lots of leg room. The seats fold up in the back so you can fit big things in there and move a lot of things. It’s a 5 speed and I love standards.
