Great highway cruiser. Drive it normal and it reacts to your habits. Not alot of get up and go power but it likes to be driven. Great on gas. Would absolutely recommend. Small yet big. Your propped up, not feel like sitting on ground especially when you're getting out of it.

I took my car for an oil change and Haybert was my contact. He took my information and proceeded to have the oil change procedure done on my car. The oil change was completed in about 30 minutes, much less than the hour and a half I was told it would take.

I got the HRV-Sport and I absolutely love everything about it. I really can’t wait to drive it in the snow. This is my first Honda I have ever bought and I will most likely be sticking with just Honda vehicles

1 year - no problems. Maintenance service was fast and good. No solutions made that I could find for lowering back hatch for short people, like me. Weatherproof floor mats a nice touch. Decent for the money.

I traded in my car for a better one at lower payments. I'm very happy with how they treated me, didn’t push me, didn’t try to fool me. I looked at 4 different vehicles and ended up with a Toyota Tacoma, car’s history was very transparent and the price for its condition was superb. Overall - very positive experience.

We purchased our 2019 Honda CRV used almost six months ago from Airport Marina Honda. Today, we brought it in for a Multi Point Inspection service. I dreaded making the appointment and took a whole day off from work. To my surprise, the whole experience was smooth and took less than the two hours originally quoted. I waited in the car for about 3 to 5 minutes and finally a female by the name of Christina came up to me so I went to her work area to let her know about my concern. I let her know that I need an oil change because I'm going out of town with the family and a check on the back brake light because the sensor is coming out that it's not working. Sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. For the brake light she said I would need a diagnostic which I would have to leave the car overnight I was not able to. For the oil change, I purchased a pre-maintenance paid when I bought the car last year2023. She was trying to charge me $90 for an oil change which I had told her that I already paid the maintenance contract when I bought the car. So I had told her I'm taking it somewhere else where it's cheaper. It makes no sense that I make the purchase for the maintenance when I bought the car if they're trying to charge me for the oil change. So I went to a different agent which I had worked with before named Johnny and he took care of everything. Do not go with Christina. She's all about money

We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. I called Jose at New Century Honda and they had the car available plus they beat the best offer we had received by over $400. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). Jose not only helped me set up my Apple Play, he told me I could call him with questions anytime. That level of customer service after you’ve already bought the car is unheard of. It was definitely a win-win situation!

like so many dealers you can e mail , I ask after idk 50 deals what the price for a cr v sport and hearing all the sale pitches and get no answers , Kenny at Pasadena honda reached out , told him im looking for numbers on a crv sport expecting the same thing, can you come in or whatever, but NO he in fact strait up gave me numbers , I told him didn't want to waste his nor my time , and gave him the numbers I wanted to pay ( fast forward a few hours) im now a life time customer
