I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot from Tenafly and the sales associate, Valerie made the process super straightforward and easy. Up front pricing and no scams. Before driving off with the truck, there were a couple things that needed to be taken care of and Valerie made sure that everything was fixed. Great experience!

The HR-V is a great vehicle, however, the option of heated seat is enemic. Have taken back to dealer 3 times for testing and they say there is nothing wrong and meets specs. I changed dealers and got the same resuts. Well my bottom tells another story and have tested both driver and passenger for heat in the dead of winter of winter. There is absolutely no heat from either seat. Tested from current dealer with the same results. Maybe we are jinxs as my wife and other passengers can confirm lack of heat, or, no heat at all.

just now NEW I totally recommend Yonkers auto mall!! Virginia and Anthony work hard together to get you in your car the same day. Even if you have bad credit they will try their 100% to get you in a car the same day!! Which is what I had and all other dealerships told me most likely I would not get approved they didn’t even try. Yonkers auto mall allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. I went to several dealerships before finding Yonkers auto mall that asked for my deposit up front and never gave me the car to test drive. They also gave me the best offer for my trade in. They have more cars that come in daily that might not be on their site yet. I highly recommend stopping by their dealership to speak to Virginia regarding their offers. They honestly make you feel so comfortable with their quick process!! I will be back in a couple of years for a trade in maybe get the Lexus next time 😊. 1 year - no problems. Maintenance service was fast and good. No solutions made that I could find for lowering back hatch for short people, like me. Weatherproof floor mats a nice touch. Decent for the money.

Great highway cruiser. Drive it normal and it reacts to your habits. Not alot of get up and go power but it likes to be driven. Great on gas. Would absolutely recommend. Small yet big. Your propped up, not feel like sitting on ground especially when you're getting out of it.

Angel Nunez helped me find a car that I loved. He showed me several Honda Fits. I wasn’t sure if I’d wanted to lease or buy. Angel was patient and went over all options with me. I settled on a certified pre-owned car with 18,000 miles on it. The application process for a loan was handled quickly. When I went to sign the paper work with Ivan Then, I encountered a few obstacles but, as a consumer, it is your job to ask questions and read all the paperwork placed in front of you before signing. If you do so, you will not be taken advantage of. So, when I sat down with Ivan, I asked if the car was certified and he said it wasn’t. The lack of certification was an oversight on the part of the dealership because the car was clearly labeled “Certified.” Ivan was honest with me but if I hadn’t asked, I would have walked out of there thinking that I’d bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and I would not have. Anyway, the dealer agreed to have the car certified and told me to return the next day which I did. When I came back the car was certified and ready for me. Finance doesn’t ask you what length of a loan you want. They just automatically draw up paperwork for a 72 month loan. READ THE PAPERWORK. If you want a different term, you need to make that known and they will adjust the terms. Also, the dealership was only giving me one key but asked me to sign something saying that I’d received two keys. When I pointed this out, they agreed to have a second key made for me at no extra charge. Of course, If I hadn’t noticed that, I would not have gotten the second key. So, Angel was pleasant and fair. Ivan was helpful. The process was smooth and I got a great car but because of those hiccups mentioned above, I have to give 4 stars. Be careful and be an aware buyer. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and read everything. Overall, I had a great experience at Bronx Honda and would recommend the dealership. They have a bigger selection of vehicles than the other two dealerships I’d visited. I also want to mention Kofi who details the cars. He was very helpful and suggested some things I might need for the car and where I could get them.

A day late… NEVER a dollar short with these guys! I thought my first experience leasing my civic hatch touring was great, but my second experience beat it! Walked in to test drive SUV’s as my lease was near end.. walked out with a ‘24 Passport Trailsport, the vehicle I never knew I needed! I was lucky enough for Ronald and Alejandro to work their major AGAIN and to also meat the very informative and kind Jean! Their personalities, professionalism, relatability and honesty is truthfully one of the most spectacular forms of customer service I have ever dealt with in my vehicle journey! We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! We will definitely be back when we need another car!! Thank you!! Honesty goes a loooong way!!

I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Met with Sergio who made me feel welcome, practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Very patient. The staff is amazing. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. I walked out with a 2016 Honda Civic and love my car. Great experience I will definitely recommend everyone I know to this place. From the receptionist to the managers all made me feel welcome. One of the most enjoyable experiences I have had buying a car. I entered the showroom at Millenium with the thought of unloading my truck as the lease was ending and possibly getting into a Santa Fe Hybrid. I was greeted by Victor, who in my opinion, was one of the nicest salesman I have ever met. While I was speaking to Victor, the MIllenium GM, Vinny, stopped by to say hello to me an introduce himself. We exchanged pleasantries and he seemed nice enough. I had explained that I knew my stuff with regards to getting out of leases and that in order to get me into a new vehicle, they would have to give me a great deal. Victor and Vinny both wooed me off my feet. They were not overpowering, nor were they pushy. They explained to me the options, which I had multiple, and to please talk things over with your wife and get back to us. I returned a week late to tell them that I was accepting the deal, only I didn't like the color of the Santa Fe. Victor had explained we have a red Santa Fe, which were similarly priced. The deal was made and I have a new amazing vehicle. During the entire process, I never felt rushed. On signing day, I was introduced to finance, Matteo( I could be wrong with pronunciation). He was fast and efficient. Explained everything that needed to be signed. I told him , I'm waiting for the rug to be pulled out from underneath me. Truth be told, the most enjoyable experience I've ever had when buying a car. I can't wait to refer my friends to Millenium. Professional, accurate, and trustworthy ! Thank you to the entire staff.
