I really like the car, but was somewhat taken by surprise to find out that, after providing a $31,000 down payment, I wold have to pay $500 per month for 5 years. That brings the total cost for the car to $61,000. By any measure that is quite a bit of money for a $28,000 vehicle.

Being my second HR-V, this is by far the best upgrade in design Honda did. I have the Sport in Black which looks, and feels great, and with all the safety features, why can't you have this car.

I took our 2024 Honda CRV in for its first service appt yesterday. My experience was outstanding from start to finish! My service advisor, Mo, provided exceptional customer service! She was cheerful and friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to go over all the service items that would be performed. I had a very tight time frame to get the work done before I needed to leave for the airport. Mo called the service foreman to confirm they would be able to get the work done in time and they texted me with updates throughout the entire visit. The service tech was great! He was experienced and efficient, and sent a link while the work was being done to show a video of the car and the actual work being done. This gave me great confidence in the quality and attention to detail of the work being performed. Ihave never been to a dealership that has that feature before and I absolutely love it! The communication on the progress of my work was timely and helpful. They actually got all the work done and got me on my way even a little bit sooner than promised which made for a seamless process! This was the best customer service experience I have had at an auto service dept in a long time! I highly recommend Auto Nation Honda Renton!

Srey, Mariano and Jay were excellent! Buying a car is stressful. What took the stress out of it for me were these three employees with Honda AutoNation in Renton. They were kind, understanding, helpful, concise with explanations, and not pushy at all. I had my son-in-law helping remotely from Texas and it didn't seem to bother them at all. They treated him as if he were in the room. They showed respect and I left feeling like they had dealt fairly with us. I usually ask how long someone has worked for a business so I can gauge how happy they are. It had been many, many years with these folks, and that speaks well of management. I spent almost a year avoiding the car buying process. Yesterday I made the trek to Burien to test drive a car, bought it, and the process was painless and actually enjoyable ! The salesman and manager were both very nice guys, no heavy pressure. The dealership is not HUGE or chaotic. I recommend highly.

Good experience at the service department. Open Sundays! Friendly, thorough professional staff. As a bonus in addition to my first oil service, they completed two recalls. Amazing to get taken care of on a Sunday, thanks for being there guys! All done in less than two hours.
