Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

I had the best buying experience for my new 2025 Honda Odyssey. I have purchased many cars over the years, but the staff at Sport Honda made this the best experience I have ever had. It was very professional and very efficient. They were very responsive to all my questions. What helped is that I had researched what I wanted and had the pricing in mind when I contacted them. So we were able to communicate right away. They provided me with useful advice while having to make some decisions on the purchase, including about the financing for my car. My prior car was a lease that had to be bought out, but they explained the process and patiently waited for me to decide how to approach it. When I went to test drive the car, the sales representative was ready for me and had the car I was interested in brought forward for the drive. He answered all my questions, and followed up on the paperwork needed, including the license plates. I did not know they could actually issue new plates on the spot, which was a pleasant surprise, no need to wait with a temporary tag while the permanent ones were processed. They installed the plates on the new car before I left the lot. The financing was a bit complicated because I was buying out the lease on the old car, but they took care of all of it. I just needed to review and sign the paperwork. The options were explained to me in an easy way to understand. Overall, I was in and out of the dealership with a smile on my face because it was such a pleasure doing business with them. There were many people at Sport Honda involved with my purchase, but I had the most interactions with Robert Fogarty, Natan Gelaye, and Josue Canas. I enjoyed my experience working with each one of them.

This is my 4th new Honda from them and the sales and service team are the friendliest and most efficient team I have ever experienced. Lou was very friendly. Seems to be an all around great, honest guy. My decision to purchase the vehicle was a breeze, as he didn't have to do much selling. I did most of my research prior to the test drive and purchase. The wait for the others involved in the process was a bit unnerving. I'm used to everything - test drive, paperwork - being no more than 1 1/2 hour. I had my own financing so wasn't sure why it took so long to "check out". This dealership was a lot longer, but all in all not too bad.
