John Vang was amazing, genial and knowledgeable and was prepared to show us a variety of used cars that met our needs. Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. Bought used car from them. Best price I could find for used car. Front desk and sales rep were pleasant. Manager very nice, explained the internet rate , best he could do. Not sure that’s completely true, but regardless it was the best I could find anywhere, and getting older car with low mileage is hard to come by. He let us bring car to our mechanic before purchase. The only negative was 3 other people were buying cars at the same time, and took longer to finalize sale. Guess that’s GOOD though, as others trust them too!

Luther Hopkins Honda responded quickly to my cars.com request for info, had the car ready for a test drive and sold it for a fair price. Car was in excellent shape and the dealership made a used car looks and smell like new.

Came in for an oil change and to rotate tires with service advisor Ram. Work done satisfactory with a very reasonable wait time and for a good price. Service advisor Ram was the keep component to making it happen this time and in the past.

Wilsonville Nissan, my ignition went out on Friday. Called Nissan and Carly helped me over the phone. When I took my 2016 Versa into the dealership, Rudy helped me.everyone was so nice, friendly and professional. I was given a loaner and my car was fixed by Tuesday. It was a very good experience!

The process of finding and deciding to buy the vehicle was good. The salesman was great. Working for us through the whole process. Our issue was with the finance woman. Rushed through the whole process with little explanation. After leaving the dealership and going through the paper work line by line we discovered the following. There were math errors (figures off by $2000, she charged us for maintenance plans we said we didn’t want, had the amount we were financing wrong by +$4000!! We went back immediately to get all the mistakes rectified and only got double talk for excuses. I have never had this happen before while purchasing any other car. Buyer beware of the finance process!

I bought my Honda in 2013, and purchased/added on the lifetime synthetic oil changes as long as I own the vehicle, which paid for itself after the first 3 years I owned the vehicle. I appreciated how I received a video from the tech doing the service, showing me exactly what was going on with my car and the air filters and explaining everything very clearly so I understood!
