Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

Sport Honda should give him a raise and a bonus for representing it so well. Manny R responded almost immediately confirming vehicle availability and went the extra mile to do a 'virtual' showing and test drive since I live >100 miles away. Was able to HOLD the vehicle for 2 days with a small down payment and once I did the actual test drive, the deal was done. After 3 years, I was able to upgrade from the 2022 to the 2025 HR-V. This is all thanks to the amazing salesman Manny at DCH Paramus. I left as happy as can be knowing that I had a smooth transition from my old to my newest car along with the best customer service!

Lou was very friendly. Seems to be an all around great, honest guy. My decision to purchase the vehicle was a breeze, as he didn't have to do much selling. I did most of my research prior to the test drive and purchase. The wait for the others involved in the process was a bit unnerving. I'm used to everything - test drive, paperwork - being no more than 1 1/2 hour. I had my own financing so wasn't sure why it took so long to "check out". This dealership was a lot longer, but all in all not too bad.

June 2025: Enjoyed our seventh vehicle purchase from Sheehy Honda (since 2012) and we will keep coming back. Roxy and Gigi are incredibly helpful and thoughtful sales advisors. From start to finish, Roxy and Gigi facilitated fast, responsive customer-centered, service with helpful discounts, professional advice, buying strategies, and stellar recommendations. For financing, Farid is an excellent finance manager who helped us find the best possible rates, add-ons, perks, and even an unexpected car-prep surprise! Sheehy staff continued to be helpful even after the purchase, helping us search for some items we thought were left at the office. Ourisman Honda in Bethesda and Rich Kandel?s team is the best car dealership and I highly recommend them! This is my 4th new Honda from them and the sales and service team are the friendliest and most efficient team I have ever experienced. Plus, you cannot get a better location, downtown Bethesda, especially when waiting for service! My Pilots have been fun, sporty, with excellent safety measures and the lowest maintenance costs! When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car. My salesman, Nathan Gelaye did such a great job introducing me to the car and he gave me such a great deal that I bought the car on the spot.
