I just relocated from Colorado to Arizona and went to Honda of Superstition Springs in Mesa, AZ for the first time. Under Tommy Durante's guidance, his service team gave me the warmest and friendliest welcome I ever received. I have been taking our two Honda Accords to Honda dealers for all servicings for the past 25 years. This service was also the most time efficient taking only 1 hour and 15 minutes, instead of the typical most of the day in my previous Honda dealers. This service team is the best I ever had. Happy with my new car, with the amazing help from Manny at DCH Paramus Honda!!!! My first car was the 2022 HR-V, and I have now upgraded to the gorgeous 2025 HR-V. Such a beautiful car, and the smoothest transition due to the great customer service from Manny!

If you have a choice, this is a very good Honda service department. They were thorough and not overbearing. We have no complaints about the service.

I already wrote a review in Yelp but if you missed that I recommend that you ask for Salesman Ron Rockey and you'll find a great car and have an excellent experience! He'll take time with you if needed ...even days if you require. Ron has vast experience, understands People as well as Cars which really works to our benefit! We'll be back at "Right" for future purchases. Incidentally, being from WA State was no problem. I easily shipped my car home with "Right's and Ron's" help! (haha) And finally ....a shoutout to Management for hiring many great staff and running a High Class operation!

After using 2 other Honda Dealership’s Service departments, Right Honda’s is by far the best and I found this out all by accident. My Ridgeline had a rodent chew through sone critical wire (did not know at the time) which ended up causing severe engine damage. Right Honda just happened to be the closest dealer so I brought it there. The vehicle was out of warranty and they had me work with Honda corp for goodwill “assistance”. When Honda chose not to help me with the repair cost, Right did!!! I credit the above to my Service Manager Brandon Bonds. Incredibly knowledgeable, he helped every step of navigating this and made this nightmare manageable with a great outcome. All if this with the first time I used them. I have used two other Honda Dealership’s service departments in the valley and they were good. However, Brandon and Right are exceptional!

My wife and I traded in our 2015 Honda Accord for a GMC Sierra and it was one of the best experiences that I've had in a long time. Our Salesperson Kenny Melville was exceptional. No pressure. Listen to our needs and addressed them during the purchase process. The Paul, the Sales Manager ensured that our needs were being taken care of and was just a great person. David Fields in Finance was fantastic. We received honest information and never felt PRESSURED> This was a great purchasing experience. We were in and out in just under 2 hours. The paperwork most of the time, but we understand the process

Faster than a naked pigmy, they sold me a car that i love to drive, at a decent price. the kids (stilll have them, regardless of that evil ex) love it too. Higher than MSRP, but I was in a hurry to get to work after my sentencing was done.
