From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable — no high-pressure sales tactics or being bombarded as soon as we pulled in or walked through the doors. It was a refreshing change from past experiences. We had the freedom to look around at our own pace, which really set the tone for the rest of the visit. Duane was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to ensure everything was in order. I truly appreciate that he went above and beyond — even staying late — to make sure we could drive home in our new car that very day. He walked us through every step clearly and made sure all our questions were answered. Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

Jim Ferrara the service director is the best person in that department. He is an asset to service! He has all the knowledge you would want and more. Jim has been there for years and been nothing but helpful, courteous and knowledgable never tries to sell you something that is not needed. Jim also did a great job explaining everything on our new car along with Marcus the parts manager and answered all questions during the new car orientation. Sales department could be better when it comes to pricing for a brand new car. However everyone is courteous and helpful. The general manager Dave Girolamo very nice, willing to work with you always available to chat. Also very knowledgeable on sales to products. Curry does take good care of you.
