It was good experience overall. It took more time than I expected. I waited at dealership and I enjoyed cup noodle from vending machine inside the building.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! This is our 2nd car purchased at AutoNation Honda Sterling. Mauricio, our salesman, was patient and easy to work with. No high pressure to buy during our first visit and he kept in touch between our first visit and the day we bought the car (and not to an excess). Charif our finance person who walked us through the document signing was knowledgable and did not force things on us we didn't want. Overall a great experience.

Wayne Brent is the best salesman at this location. He knows the cars, I vestry and works with you to find what you need without all the pressure. They come back with fair prices and unmatched support. You buy a car once and then you service it for the life of the car. You can't find a dealership in the area that is better for their customer support and care.
