Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

My express service was great with Rick Case Honda. The service attendant provided accurate and helpful information. The service team had me out in a timely manner as well.

Being my second HR-V, this is by far the best upgrade. and I had an amazing sales person JP Parham I recommend him to all my friends he’s very professional and patient

I recently needed some minor body work on the front side bumper area where a car had scraped it. The car came back just like new. All the employees that I interacted with were very nice and professional. No one tried to over sell me on things I didn’t need giving me more faith in their honesty. Very pleased with this experience. Highly recommend them based on my experience.

After 3 years, I was able to upgrade from the 2022 to the 2025 HR-V. This is all thanks to the amazing salesman Manny at DCH Paramus. I left as happy as can be knowing that I had a smooth transition from my old to my newest car along with the best customer service!

Went to Largo Honda and was lucky enough to have Manuel Alvarez assist us while I was there in hopes of getting my son his first car. Manuel was amazing went above and beyond in showing us the different vehicles that we wanted to see and also provided some helpful advice in making an educated decision. I decided to buy this car through my credit union and all parties involved (my bank broker and the representative from Honda) went out of the way to not only find the car I wanted but to make sure the purchase was efficient and smooth. I was provided with all details and given the opportunity to ask questions to make sure I understood all details of the deal. I opted for the new car to be delivered to me. They dropped it off and picked up my trade in a timely manner. The dealer rep that followed my new car sat with me and thoroughly explained every page I was signing and then took time to introduce me to the car and showed me many of its features. I've subsequently received follow up emails asking if I have any further questions! Their follow through after the purchase made me feel valued!
