I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.

I purchased a new vehicle in July and having used this dealership for my last car I decided to go there again. I chose my dealer from the website and was not disappointed. Mr. Gerald Griffin was a pleasure to work with. I knew the car I wanted and they had some in stock. I wasn't sure what color I wanted but I selected the red 2026 Honda CRV! Gerald was able to answer the questions I had and those I hadn't thought of. He thoroughly explained the financial part and answer questions to things I was unclear of. He took me around the dealership to the service department even though I had worked with most of them for the last 17 years of servicing my previous car!😊 Last but not least we went on a test drive he explained all the bells and whistles of my new car. I purchased a new Honda Accord from Napleton in Morton Grove. I did research and reached out to several dealers. Napleton Morton Grove came back with the best initial offer. After a test drive and some negotiation, I drove away in a new Accord. This is the second car I've purchased here and I would do business again.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a car at North City Honday, assisted by Dom. We entered the showroom on a Saturday afternoon thinking we were just starting our car shopping journey. We weren't looking for anything in particular, other than knowing we were interested in a hybrid or plug-in hybrid, and a little bigger than the almost 20 year old Honda Civic Hybrid we were replacing. Dom listened to what we knew we wanted, what we knew we didn't want, and then guided us to look at an Accord. We looked at two models of the current year, as well as a previously owned vehicle that wasn't prepped for sale yet. By the end of the day, we bought a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, which we think will serve our needs very well. The worst part of the experience was waiting for the financing to be processed, since we didn't think we were quite ready yet we hadn't arranged that ahead of time. But a vehicle we liked was available, and we thought it best to get it without dithering. Dom (our sales person) and Kylie (financing manager) made the process straightforward, and we'd go back to this dealership again.
