Bought a 2025 CR-V hybrid from Junior at Gerald Honda in Countryside. What a great experience! Junior was extremely patient with showing various cars/trim levels, going on test drives and describing the features of the cars as well as describing the terrific lifetime warranty offered by Gerald. We received a an offer that included trade-in of two older vehicles that brought the total price down to a very competitive offer. Upon making an appointment via customer service they had my recall ordered and available in under their two day schedule which was to be taken care of with an oil change. Being a continuous customer, I did have a few things on my list that I was going to pass on yet again but when Ismael explained to me the criticality of doing that and what I actually could wait on regarding my list, I added those items that needed to be addressed and I felt very at ease doing so. He was not pushy, he just stuck to the facts and he also got my recall taken care of. He made sure I got a ride to work and back to the shop and kept in contact when they began working on my car to when it was done so I could gauge my day. The service personnel washed my car and I was gleaming leaving. As usual, when I have worked with other service associates there for repair (Gabriel, Darius, etc..), working with Ismael was a very pleasant experience. Thanks so much!

I feel I'm treated politely. My questions are answered. The service advisors listen to my concerns. Usually my car is ready sooner than expected.

I was able to schedule tire service when I called early morning but then tire was flat and couldn't drive car. Agent suggested to call Honda Care and gave me phone #. She said to still come if I could get there before 6 pm. The AAA man came in about an hour and quickly put spare on. I was an hour late for my appointment but Marissa at Gerald (not sure of name spelling) quickly checked me in and showed me the metal piece in the original tire. The mechanic was able to plug the tire neatly and quickly. Marissa was very kind and was able to get the $20 fee waived. I had already had a very hectic day and to come out of work to a flat tire was the last thing I needed, but the Gerald staff and the AAA man-Anthony made a bad situation into an excellent experience. Thank you to all for your kindness and hard work. It is very much appreciated!!

My car was due for an oil change and I drove it to Downtown Honda Chicago and also for maintenance check service. I would like to say thank you to Giovanni who take care and assisted me with regards to my car needs.He is always upfront of what needs to be done and explains everything clearly.
