*NOTE* Have a general idea and do your research before stepping on to ANY car lot - that way you are not wasting YOUR time, nor that of the sales staff. If you require financing, get pre-approved BEFORE venturing out there. I have seen too many reviews where the sales rep gets a bad rap for putting somebody in a car that they do not want. It's not necessarily the fault of the salesman; it takes two to make a transaction. Again, research the cars FIRST (carfax is just a click away...) and research the dealership. Knowledge is power, and with such a large purchase, why would you NOT do the proper research? Additionally, expect the transaction to take some time. We're not buying a dozen eggs here! Consumers need to understand that there is a bit of research and document preparation, that takes place on the dealer's end as well: release of liability, proof of insurance, and other compliance regulations required -by the state- from the dealer, to remain in business! Coming from out of state (Reno, NV), I knew what I wanted before making the trek to University Honda. I found the car through cars.com, and researched the lineage (go carfax!). I knew the Kelly Blue Book value of both the pending purchase AND my trade in, and contacted the dealer to arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival, Fred Walker had the car ready and waiting for us. He and the rest of the University Honda team were professional, pleasant , and accommodating. What more could we want? Fred is a hilarious conversationalist, and will make anyone's shopping experience a joy. Will I return for another? Only if Fred and Rudy are available! Thanks Guys! Good experience buying my truck. Once I got it home, I noticed they only gave me 3 floor mats when my truck needs 4. When I called them about it, they basically told me I was SOL. Pretty cheap considering I just bought a $50,000 truck from them. I guess the customer service stops once you walk out the door. Not a huge deal but I just thought they would have handled it differently.

He was very helpful, friendly and although he was going to be off the next day, he set up an appointment with his colleague Tyler to help me. I found a car I liked and purchased it on the spot. We bought the car we test drove and it?s a beautiful blueish purple color sedan. This is our first hybrid car and we are loving it. We will never buy another regular car with a combustion engine.
