Great customer service, will never trade anywhere else! Had an odd noise that needed to be diagnosed and they were quick to find the problem and fix it.

We went to the dealership, only to see what was available. Knowing we were going to need a new car in the near future. When asked if we were there just looking for info or ready to purchase, my husband said yes, and I said no! However, as soon as we got there, we were greeted with sincere friendliness and conversation. There was no pressure to purchase, but every question we had was answered to our satisfaction. Zion our sales person was delightful to work with. He provided what we were looking for, but did not try to direct our preferences and he made it all come together, as if it was our idea to buy a car! He was knowledgeable and professional, but in a very likable way. We would recommend Zion as a car sales person to anyone. Buying a car takes time however it didn?t seem like a long wait. The time for the financials did not seem endless and preparation was well done so that it was worked through easier than we have experienced in the past. The building for the dealership is light, bright and open. It was very clean and comfortable.

I was nervous about being scammed because I don’t know much about cars, but I never felt like that at all. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and helped us to get a great deal on the car. Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! I was contacted by Weatherford Honda and we discussed a 2OO7 Ford Shelby that was for sale. The main problem I had was that the dealership is about five hours away from my home and it was to far to visit.
