My daughter needed a new car and asked for my help. I spent the first week trying to work with dealerships that either refused to provide accurate pricing or loaded their quote with thousands of dollars of useless dealer options when they did. Our sales consultant, Zee Usmani, was wonderful to work with and the finance department was very professional with no high-pressure tactics. My service advisor, Carlo, even checked the Carfax report on my car and showed it to me to make sure that I didn?t pay for any unnecessary maintenance on my vehicle, since I fairly recently purchased it used from a different dealer.
