I took my hybrid CR-V to the service department at Auto Nation in Renton’s Honda dealership. Matthew Perez was a great service advisor! He’s supportive, caring, and knowledgeable. Helpful, but not tried to over sell, which is a difficult balance to strike. He’s a master! A keeper! Tina Swan

It took over 2 hours for an oil change. Appointment was at 7:00 am but my car did not get to the shop till about 8:00 am.

Easy to get an appt. Appreciate the text updates while waiting. Nice people. Was in for an oil change.

Mathew Rohde, our sales person was very helpful and attentive and made the car buying process go smoothly. He did a great job helping us learn about the features on the different cars we were looking at, as we were uncertain which car we wanted to buy.

Diana was great to work with. She explained everything thoroughly and I thought the total time from start to finish was on point. I've been to other dealers and the whole process was unbearably long. I was very pleased with her service and I'm glad I have stuck with Honda for another vehicle. Eric O'Neal in the finance department was also great to work with.

One of the standout features is their extended service hours, which is incredibly convenient for those of us who work late. From the moment I arrived, I was promptly assisted. Riley McFarlane, who helped me last Monday, was exceptional. She immediately took charge and ensured everything was handled efficiently. The waiting area is comfortable and conveniently located near the restrooms, which are kept very clean. I'm also grateful for the extended maintenance service I opted for when I purchased my Honda CRV. Thanks to this, I didn't have to pay anything when Riley handed me the summary statement/invoice. What I appreciated most was the honesty and straightforwardness of the service. There were no unnecessary upsells—just pure, honest business.
