I was helped by OJ, it was my first time buying a car from a dealership. OJ ensured it was a good experience, I felt welcomed and understood everything that was going on however; should I have receive an email by now to receive the account set up of my car payments?

We purchased our new vehicle with ease at the comfort of our home! Honda of Lisle is the best! Definitely not a bait and switch dealership which we appreciate so much. We searched online and made a request for a quote and out the door price for a specific vehicle we wanted to over 12 dealership and so far Honda of Lisle is the only one who responded with out the door/ on the road price. That’s the right way to do it. We communicated and negotiated thru email with Mary Murphy and they gave us a great deal! Honda of Lisle is 670 miles from us so they sent the paperworks thru UPS Express, we received it and signed it and returned it back to them. They assisted us through the entire process. The staff especially Mary, Andrea and Bob are TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and kind. Excellent service! Side note: Since they don’t have a delivery service, we hired Mercury Auto Transport to get the vehicle at the Honda of Lisle dealership and deliver it to our house.

I bought a new Honda from a dealer closer to my home- had a horrible experience back in 2015. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. Lisle of Honda has a wonderful service dept. Advisor Jay Crumble has always been very informative, helpful and patience in answering my questions. The other advisors have been helpful as well. We would highly recommend their service. We have been using your service for last three years.

Manual was very nice and helpful. He explained everything in a way I understood . He looked up my previous device that was out of state so that he knew what needed to be done this time,

Recently went to purchase a vehicle and Luis made the process fast and easy, if you’re looking for someone to help you with the whole process he’s the guy to look for help.

Straight forward negotiations, no games. Friendly sales staff. At delivery, would’ve preferred to inspect car indoors as it was nighttime and it was hard to see. But there were no issues.
