It took over 2 hours for an oil change. Appointment was at 7:00 am but my car did not get to the shop till about 8:00 am.

Q had the best customer service I have ever had. He was friendly and stuck to his word on everything. He made sure I got what I needed and my car was taken care of. I will especially go back because of his great service.

Mathew Rohde, our sales person was very helpful and attentive and made the car buying process go smoothly. He did a great job helping us learn about the features on the different cars we were looking at, as we were uncertain which car we wanted to buy.

Diana was great to work with. She explained everything thoroughly and I thought the total time from start to finish was on point. I've been to other dealers and the whole process was unbearably long. I was very pleased with her service and I'm glad I have stuck with Honda for another vehicle. Eric O'Neal in the finance department was also great to work with.

Honda of Seattle is great, and the workers here are amazing. The sales team didn't pressure us to buy a car and were very friendly through all our interactions. Diana went above and beyond getting us our car. She was super friendly and made sure to keep us informed as we waited for everything to be processed. She stayed late and worked so hard to help us. I recently had my car serviced at Honda Burien and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. One of the standout features is their extended service hours, which is incredibly convenient for those of us who work late. From the moment I arrived, I was promptly assisted. Riley McFarlane, who helped me last Monday, was exceptional. She immediately took charge and ensured everything was handled efficiently. The waiting area is comfortable and conveniently located near the restrooms, which are kept very clean. I'm also grateful for the extended maintenance service I opted for when I purchased my Honda CRV. Thanks to this, I didn't have to pay anything when Riley handed me the summary statement/invoice. What I appreciated most was the honesty and straightforwardness of the service. There were no unnecessary upsells—just pure, honest business.
