I forgot the name of the person in charge that help with the contract but took the time to explain in detail. Everyone was nice. Great customer service.

I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it properly and I needed a vehicle, so I purchased a new vehicle.
