Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. Had a great experience with Jordan. Very knowledgeable and not pushy like most all other dealerships. I started the process months ago and the only dealerships I revisited were the ones that did not push, push, push. Jordan offered additional services if and when I need help since I am not tech saavy. Keep up the great work and I will recommend Autonation Honda and Jordan to anyone.

Great handling to crazy door lock alarm issue. Unfortunately 1st early Friday call was disconnected, but 2nd call Michelle Dessert made the day! While it wasn't cheap, the crazy blaring alarm has gone silent and I can lock the car again(and stop scaring myself and outsiders)!

I recently brought my Honda CR-V to Crown Honda for routine maintenance. I was greeted by my service advisor Damir Mujic who took care of me in a polite and professional manner. I explained that there was a mistake in the service that had been ordered. I wanted more than an oil change and told him I had a coupon which I left on the counter at home. He took care of everything and explained the new way that Crown now takes a video of the car and the undercarriage which I thought was a real improvement instead of just being told. My car was serviced in a very reasonable time frame and Mr. Mujic kept me apprised of what was going on and gave me a fairly accurate finish time for the service. I am very pleased with my experience with Crown Honda and the next time I will make sure I ask for Damir.
