It took over 2 hours for an oil change. Appointment was at 7:00 am but my car did not get to the shop till about 8:00 am.

Honda of Seattle is great, and the workers here are amazing. The sales team didn't pressure us to buy a car and were very friendly through all our interactions. Good experience at the service department. Open Sundays! Friendly, thorough professional staff. As a bonus in addition to my first oil service, they completed two recalls. Amazing to get taken care of on a Sunday, thanks for being there guys! All done in less than two hours.
