I chose Liberty Honda after doing research and tons of test driving at multiple dealerships. They won out because I decided on a Honda and I had such a good experience test driving there. Lori was so helpful, NOT pushy and overall really great to work with. Lori understood I wanted to take my time, do my research and wait until I found the RIGHT car. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the week before because they took my car keys to value my trade and then were CRAZY pushy and more or less demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave--I finally told them I refused to be pushed into buying a car and would ABSOLUTELY NOT be purchasing that evening, so they finally relented. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...Liberty got me GREAT financing (I was shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade. Plus the car price wasn't inflated so I didn't have to play around for hours "haggling" Being a single woman can be tough when it comes to car shopping because sales people tend to be very pushy and that's NOT how I roll! The whole experience was easy and painless- Thank you SO MUCH to Lori because I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car!

I decided on Honda Civic Coupe. I had spoken to Stephanie and I told her that I wanted her to help with the style and purchase of the auto. This was a simple process and I am very happy with the Sport in Rallye Red. She is very professional as I also found everyone at Liberty Honda to be.

My wife and I recently purchased a used car for our son from Liberty Honda. After we bought the car, we discovered that the radio and Bluetooth did not work. We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. Amazing customer service and most importantly, they showed integrity and stood behind the car that they sold us.

During a college reunion, I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. The car was towed to Lia Honda. The service rep promptly called me and informed of the cost of a new tire, when it would e delivered to the dealership and when my car would be ready. I was kept fully informed of the progress on the delivery of the new tire and Lia efficiently and professionally replaced it.

Jill Fuduric is my service tech and she is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She always makes sure I’m completely satisfied with the work that is done on my Honda Accord. Everything went smoothly from the time we entered the building until we picked the car up a few days later.everyone there was very nice and helpful.

I schedule a routine maintenance appointment & the day and time I was hoping for was available. Upon arrival I was greeted by Matthew Verge who told me what services my car would need at the current miles. During the services I was sent updates about my car. When I returned my car was ready to go! Matthew even offered a promotional discount happening during the month of June which saved some money - always a lovely surprise! Anthony, Carl and Joe were so caring, making sure my daughters car is fixed and safe for her to drive. The care and concern for my daughter safety was of the utmost importance to me….. but was even so important to the guys that helped us. They cared about my daughter as if she was one of their own daughters!!! So sweet and kindhearted. I am so grateful to have had such an amazing group of guys to help us. Unfortunately, as a woman- I am constantly ripped off on car repairs and it’s so frustrating…. I know in my heart that Liberty Honda cares and would never rip me off or take advantage of our unfortunate situation, needing car repair. I always have peace of mind that I will be taken good care of. My car always has an inspection so anything will be caught before it gets worse. I do like that my car gets washed at the end!!! Great people!!

Howard in sales is my go to guy. Honest, patient when I am asking questions. Marissa in service is my go to. I had an oil change done and when the car was complete, I asked if we can do differential service while it was there. The car was pulled back in and service was completed so I did not have to come back sooner than next oil change. I live 40 minutes from Sullivan Honda, are there closer dealerships, yes but none that have Howard, Marissa and the service tech that works on my car.

Paige White, Service Rep and Nelson, Service Manager went above and beyond to do an exceptional job of making sure my 2018 Honda CRV was completely serviced and repaired to perfection which I am so grateful for.

The people in the Service Department are friendly and really knowledgeable. The work is always done right and for a good price. The service department is immaculate, from the waiting areas to the bays. Total professionalism!
