Chris was very helpful, i took in my car because it was as randomly turning on and Chris tried his best to find the source of the problem but alas the vehicle decided to behave so after 4 days of monitoring i decided to take it home and wait until it started acting up again, I really appreciate the time Chris took reviewing potential issues/parts and prices, his demeanor was very friendly, he really makes you feel like you’re in good hands. We went into Lia Honda of Enfield on the day my car broke down. Upom entering, we met Mark, who was more than willing to guide us through the available car inventory. He wasn’t pushy, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. Even though we went into the dealership with low hopes (having just been next door at another dealer), Mark was honest with us and helped us find something that worked.
