It was good experience overall. It took more time than I expected. I waited at dealership and I enjoyed cup noodle from vending machine inside the building.

We had the best car service by Steven Farr at Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner. He took care of all of the car maintenance without any surprises and in a timely manner. And, he arranged for a loaner car, which was a huge help for us to go to work without interruption. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. 5 stars!!

Andy Gonzales was very helpful as always. He is always willing and never hesitates to help find the problem with our Honda Odyssey. We love working with him. He is honest and very reliable.

Lou was very friendly. Seems to be an all around great, honest guy. My decision to purchase the vehicle was a breeze, as he didn't have to do much selling. I did most of my research prior to the test drive and purchase. The wait for the others involved in the process was a bit unnerving. I'm used to everything - test drive, paperwork - being no more than 1 1/2 hour. I had my own financing so wasn't sure why it took so long to "check out". This dealership was a lot longer, but all in all not too bad.

The car-buying process is generally terrible, but we give Mag, Chuck and the rest of the team at Sheehy a lot of credit for making it about as painless as could be. Our conversations over pricing were clear and direct. And they were very flexible with our schedule when we went in to finalize the deal. In the often slimy world of car sales, we couldn't have asked for a much smoother experience.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. This is our 2nd car purchased at AutoNation Honda Sterling. Mauricio, our salesman, was patient and easy to work with. No high pressure to buy during our first visit and he kept in touch between our first visit and the day we bought the car (and not to an excess). Charif our finance person who walked us through the document signing was knowledgable and did not force things on us we didn't want. Overall a great experience.

Wayne Brent is the best salesman at this location. He knows the cars, I vestry and works with you to find what you need without all the pressure. They come back with fair prices and unmatched support. You buy a car once and then you service it for the life of the car. You can't find a dealership in the area that is better for their customer support and care.

Most people don?t think of a dealership for routine maintenance but Koons Manassas as an excellent place to start. Prices are fair. Service is done on time and pricing is very transparent. Give these pros a try.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

Sales persons were very informative and provided quality service. Sales manager took time to confirm eligibility for all possible rebate offers. Financing took time to answer all questions and reached out for confirmation on questions from customer.
