I could not say enough good things about the service I received at Crown Honda from Xavier Montes. I came in for a recall on the fuel pump of my 2018 CRV and Xavier right away said that it would be a few hours and provided a ride for me home to wait and a ride to return to pick up my vehicle when it was done. I had also asked if they could rotate the tires while they had the car and he said that would not be a problem. when I return to pick up my car, Xavier explained to me that they did not rotate the tires and the reason being is because they needed to be replaced and he provided me with a quote of what the cost would be to have all four of my tires replaced. There was no pressure from Xavier to have the work done there at Crown Honda. I went home and I thought about it and I called Xavier again to find out what type of tire that they were going to put on my car so I could shop around and also asked him what the total price would be. Without hesitation Xavier explained everything to me and again did not try to pressure me into having it done there at Crown Honda. I'll be honest my opinion of having work done at a dealership in the past has not been the greatest experience for me but I'll have to say Xavier made that experience unusually positive for me by how he prioritized customer service over trying to pressure me into having work done. I made an appointment later that evening to come in the next day to have my tires replaced, which I thought was going to be an hour or so and was going to wait for the work to be done. without hesitation, Xavier explained to me how it was an exceptionally busy day that day, and that the work would take longer than your typical wait for having my tires replaced and suggested the shuttle service rather than having me wait in the waiting room. Xavier's dedication to the Crown Honda service department, his confidence in the quality of work by the technicians, and his attention to detail with customer service did not go unnoticed. Matthew Moraitis was a great help to us. He approached us immediately when we got out of our car. Very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for and very accommodating and listened to what we needed and wanted. He definitely helped us obtain the vehicle we were looking for. Matthew was able to get us an out the door price and a little extra (trunk cover). I was concerned about people being able to see what I stow in the trunk.
