Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Salesman Jason Li did his best to bring me out of a tough situation with my trade-in vehicle. I know it wasn’t easy for him, so I’m very grateful for the favorable outcome he achieved for us. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I am a long time client of Honda New Rochelle and its service department. I can recommend a service manager there, Bob Hochberg, for his polite, professional and knowledgeable service that have kept my cars over these years in tip top condition.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

When I decided I wanted a minivan I knew I wanted a Honda. Its spacious, comfortable, has plenty of options and runs great. My only complaint is the gas mileage.

This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

This is a brand new car, so all we can base this on is the ride home from purchasing it. We traded in a 2014 Toyota Sienna AWD Limited which had been a good car, but it was lacking refinements in its information/entertainment center, and it was quite noisy and rough. We can only judge from the 100+ miles we put on the Odyssey so far, but it is luxurious and smooth riding and quiet. The drive on two-lane rough roads and interstate was wonderful. There are too many features to mention here, but we are sure we made the right decision in purchasing this beautifully designed car. Even the exterior has a very special look. We purchased the white with beige interior and love it.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Tarrytown Honda Dealership accomodated repairs. Reverse all negative reviews. If you are not a Mechanic I would recommend that you bring one to review any Pre-owned purchases.

This is our fourth and couldn't think of riding in anything other. Have spent ZERO on anything other than normal maintenance. Oil change, Tires, Battery. Love HONDA!
