Bought an off lease 2021 Passport EX-L with 29000 on the dial for my wife, we have researched vehicles of 6 months and test drove many. The very first mile in the passport and we both knew it was the perfect choice. While the Highlander, the CX-9 and Pilot were roomier my wife didn't like the extra size (personal choice) and didn't need the 3rd row. The CR-V was kind of ugly and was smaller but the passport was just right,. I don't like the push button shift and it can be listed as my only complaint. Slightly stiff ride but comfortable. Roomy and simple interior. 6 months in and my wife still comments on how she loves her car. If you do not need a 3rd row seat the Passport offers plenty of room and comfort while maintaining a size profile that is not intimidating in the parking lot. To say she's satisfied is an understatement.

With my Passport I got what I was looking for: Power, performance, cargo space, adécuate confort for passengers, good stereo with HD radio and capable to play my FLAC music files, not so expensive and an reliable car for retirement, meaning it will be my last buy. It is true the interior is not so fancy like other cars, but the most important is that I feel secure, confortable and ultimate enjoy driving my passport, love it.

I bought a used 2019 and have had it in the shop 3 times. Twice for radio issues and ended up with a new amplifier. Thank God I bought an extended warranty! Today a communication problem between the power train module and the transmission module left me stranded at a light!! 3rd time in - getting a software update that hopefully will fix the problem. This Honda owner is not particularly happy right now.

I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. Just right ! We pretty much drove every single mid size to large SUV. And the passport delivered. The styling looks awesome and it also gives a lot of space. We have 2 large dogs and they have a good amount of room when traveling. We also considered the VW Atlas but went with Honda for it’s proven reliability. Also considered the Pilot but didn’t like the styling as much and it didn’t fit in our garage very well. For the Passport - The only thing I’d change is the material around the drink holder - it’s a shiny and seems to always be dirty. Prior to this car I had a 2019 GMC Terrain which I had to get rid of due to an issue with the automatic stop and then not starting again. I would definitely recommend the Passport!!

I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.

The vehicle we were originally looking at sold the same day we reached out but they worked with us on a great deal and even though we passed for now - we're definitely keeping them in mind.

I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. Unlike other dealers that I experience during my search that were even posting fake adds to good to be true just to get ones attention and then the old: -sorry we sold it- but not until I was already there wasting precious time.
