Axel was a great salesperson to deal with. He listened to what I was looking for, my concerns, and helped facilitate the deal. I give him 5-stars. Unfortunately, the dealership's errors in their ad, claiming the vehicle had features it didn't, having an erroneous VIN, and it taking over a week to get all my paperwork to register the vehicle force me to deduct a star.

I purchased the Black Edition and I love it. I like: the auto adjust front seats, heated seats and steering wheel, the quite ride, smooth ride, the 9 speed transmission, the sound it makes when I push on the acceleration, great excelleration (especially when the Echo mode is off). The only thing that would make it perfect is better gas mileage.

We bought a new vehicle here after several unsuccessful attempts by the service department to fix an emissions issue with our previous vehicle. Management provided excellent customer service and took care of us. The product specialist (salesman) Paul was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Purchase process was relatively quick and painless. And even though our experience was not exactly what we had hoped, we felt AutoNation Honda did right by us. We will be back for our next vehicle.

Yariel is absolutely amazing! I went in convinced I couldn't afford anything. He got me an amazing deal, of course I was hardheaded and checked out a few other dealers but they all told me there was no way they could match it. Skeptical of hidden things I went back and it was all straightforward! No surprises at the time of signing. I still can't believe I left with a new car. I had my old one for 15 years! Oh and of course that was a honda too! There is a Honda dealer 2 miles from my house and I would still drive all over again down to Largo Honda which is like 20 miles away!

But what happened recently exceeded our wildest expectations. She had an issue that required a substantial payment from the insurance company to fix. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. We only wish there were more people as proud and passionate about doing an excellent job as Nick is.

Kirby Navarro had an excellent customer public relationship. He is patience to every details of the car. I?m senior and first time a keyless.

Everything was good the process was a little longer but the sell man makes it easier

He explains everything step by step and ensures all my questions and concerns are answered. The Service guys do a really good job ensuring everything is done thoroughly and in a timely manner. I was hesitant at first since it's a new car dealership, but this place is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, understanding and kind people, beautiful new cars and good prices for them. I got a Pre-Owned vehicle, and it's like it was brand new off the lot! Runs perfect and all. If you go here, I'd *highly* recommend Kathleen "Kat" Warner; she's very kind and patient, and answers all your questions, even via phone! They also took my old 2006 car as a trade-in for value, despite how bad it was, and someone from the garage even helped remove the plate that had a stripped screw. The sales manager is very kind and friendly as well, answered all of our questions, too! Absolutely excellent service all around. Thank you all so much over at Hazleton Honda/Hyundai!

Jorge in the body shop was amazing. He was able to get my car in right away after an accident and he communicated proactively with my insurance company. He looped me in regularly to update me on what was happening and managed to facilitate my car being repaired in just over a week. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
