New and used 2026 Honda Passport TrailSport Elite for sale near Hackensack, NJ

A day late… NEVER a dollar short with these guys! I thought my first experience leasing my civic hatch touring was great, but my second experience beat it! Walked in to test drive SUV’s as my lease was near end.. walked out with a ‘24 Passport Trailsport, the vehicle I never knew I needed! I was lucky enough for Ronald and Alejandro to work their major AGAIN and to also meat the very informative and kind Jean! Their personalities, professionalism, relatability and honesty is truthfully one of the most spectacular forms of customer service I have ever dealt with in my vehicle journey! Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership. Fortunately, I was introduced to Mehmet Edipov right away and it was like meeting up with an old friend. Although there were issues on my end with unlocking my credit report and transferring and setting up my new car with my car insurance Mehmet worked thru all the issues with patience and skills. I moved up to the Nanuet area 24 years ago and needed a new car and Consumer Reports magazine ranked Honda very high, so I went to DCH Honda of Nanuet and purchased my first Honda. I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot from Tenafly and the sales associate, Valerie made the process super straightforward and easy. Up front pricing and no scams. Before driving off with the truck, there were a couple things that needed to be taken care of and Valerie made sure that everything was fixed. Great experience!

I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. Unlike other dealers that I experience during my search that were even posting fake adds to good to be true just to get ones attention and then the old: -sorry we sold it- but not until I was already there wasting precious time. I will recommend Tarrytown Honda, they were profesional, respectful and polite even though we only exchanged a few phone calls. Thank you.

Angel Nunez helped me find a car that I loved. He showed me several Honda Fits. I wasn’t sure if I’d wanted to lease or buy. Angel was patient and went over all options with me. I settled on a certified pre-owned car with 18,000 miles on it. The application process for a loan was handled quickly. When I went to sign the paper work with Ivan Then, I encountered a few obstacles but, as a consumer, it is your job to ask questions and read all the paperwork placed in front of you before signing. If you do so, you will not be taken advantage of. So, when I sat down with Ivan, I asked if the car was certified and he said it wasn’t. The lack of certification was an oversight on the part of the dealership because the car was clearly labeled “Certified.” Ivan was honest with me but if I hadn’t asked, I would have walked out of there thinking that I’d bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and I would not have. Anyway, the dealer agreed to have the car certified and told me to return the next day which I did. When I came back the car was certified and ready for me. Finance doesn’t ask you what length of a loan you want. They just automatically draw up paperwork for a 72 month loan. READ THE PAPERWORK. If you want a different term, you need to make that known and they will adjust the terms. Also, the dealership was only giving me one key but asked me to sign something saying that I’d received two keys. When I pointed this out, they agreed to have a second key made for me at no extra charge. Of course, If I hadn’t noticed that, I would not have gotten the second key. So, Angel was pleasant and fair. Ivan was helpful. The process was smooth and I got a great car but because of those hiccups mentioned above, I have to give 4 stars. Be careful and be an aware buyer. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and read everything. Overall, I had a great experience at Bronx Honda and would recommend the dealership. They have a bigger selection of vehicles than the other two dealerships I’d visited. I also want to mention Kofi who details the cars. He was very helpful and suggested some things I might need for the car and where I could get them.
