New and used 2026 Honda Passport SUVs for sale near McClellan Park, CA

Thank you Peter for hooking it up with our new car. Very good and fast service. This is my third time going to this dealership. I only trust Autonation and I love Honda.

Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

This was my 3rd stop Saturday after not having great Sales experience at 2 other dealers. As we walked up, we met Cameron great personality told him my story, this was the 3rd used car I was buying for my 17 year old in the last year, previous ones had engine trouble. He was so patient with not just me, but my Son. The car we picked was well cleaned, had been through their check process. We are very happy with the entire experience. I will be back when I?m ready to get a car for myself!

After 3-weeks of driving my 2026 Passport Trailsport, I have thoughts: Love the box exterior and beefy tires. Wife and I appreciate the splash of cloth on the doors, seats, and below the dash----keeps things interesting! Love the panoramic sunroof. Compared to my Jeep Gladiator, the smooth ride is amazing, as is the quiet cabin. Stock 9 speaker sound system is pretty decent, but will upgrade soon as I like to rock. Wish it had the Sirius app (but carplay works great). The V-6 has nice power and even a bit of growl. So far, really enjoying the redesigned Passport.

Both the sales and finance departments were enjoyable to deal with. My transaction was fast and smooth. I didn?t feel like they pressured me to buy extra add ons, but did sit down to discuss my options and were very knowledgeable.

*NOTE* Have a general idea and do your research before stepping on to ANY car lot - that way you are not wasting YOUR time, nor that of the sales staff. If you require financing, get pre-approved BEFORE venturing out there. I have seen too many reviews where the sales rep gets a bad rap for putting somebody in a car that they do not want. It's not necessarily the fault of the salesman; it takes two to make a transaction. Again, research the cars FIRST (carfax is just a click away...) and research the dealership. Knowledge is power, and with such a large purchase, why would you NOT do the proper research? Additionally, expect the transaction to take some time. We're not buying a dozen eggs here! Consumers need to understand that there is a bit of research and document preparation, that takes place on the dealer's end as well: release of liability, proof of insurance, and other compliance regulations required -by the state- from the dealer, to remain in business! Coming from out of state (Reno, NV), I knew what I wanted before making the trek to University Honda. I found the car through cars.com, and researched the lineage (go carfax!). I knew the Kelly Blue Book value of both the pending purchase AND my trade in, and contacted the dealer to arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival, Fred Walker had the car ready and waiting for us. He and the rest of the University Honda team were professional, pleasant , and accommodating. What more could we want? Fred is a hilarious conversationalist, and will make anyone's shopping experience a joy. Will I return for another? Only if Fred and Rudy are available! Thanks Guys! The sales associate, Chris, was excellent. Relaxed no high pressure tactics. Advised me of all the features the car has to offer and that to contact him if I have any difficulties. My only critique is that the buying process, after a deal was made, was a little too long for my taste it took an hour and a half just to print out the contracts. The signing process however was quick I have no objections to that.

It was a great experience at Auburn Honda and we drove out with our new car, happy and pleased. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and helpful. Our sales people worked very hard to come up with what, for a time, seemed like an impossible deal to satisfy us! We definitely recommend this dealership!
