New and used 2025 Honda Pilot Elite AWD for sale near Darien, CT

I purchased my 5th vehicle from Honda I have been satisfied with the cars except for this last one the tires on this car are trash only had the car maybe a 2 months already had to get two replacement tires and a plug in the other I was told the tires are low performance and they blow out easily why didn't they put better tires on this car I never had this problem with the other cars I got from them I also waited 2 hours for oil change and tire change with a appointment not happy

I have the TrailSport and I tow a 3000lb camper. Positives: 1. Ruggedness. I have off road tires and steel plate. I don’t plan to rock climb but camping and exploring often comes with bad roads and if your family is with you, this three row is superbly equipped and capable. 2. Comfort. The Trailsport is tuned off road but what a nice cushy ride without a lot of truck-like bounce. Potholes barely disturb it. 3. Layout. Really easy to jump in and drive away. I did not need a two-hour class at the dealership. A good blend of old and new. Not to hard to get into the menu to reset seats and few other things. 4. Towing. I towed 3000lb at 75mph with no problem. It was steady, tracked well and with the trailer brake (added on) it stopped just fine and gas mileage was great at about 13-14mpg loaded up. I was as high as 11,000 feet. It’s really a great all purpose family vehicle to tow the camper or boats. Negatives: 1. Solid black vinyl interior. You only get black and it gets hot as xxxx if it’s in the sun with a window down or door open. You cannot get ventilated seats. Honda, seriously, add another lighter color. 2. You cannot get a bench middle seat which I prefer and is in ALL the other Pilots. 3. Speed. The power is good but it’s geared for off road and towing so really it’s a neutral but it will not take off like lots of others unless you press the pedal pretty hard. It’s not lacking, just takes more pedal travel. Overall, I love it as a good value for the money, well equipped with the 360 cameras I love and tows and does dirt roads well. I would NOT get this model for soccer team suburban duty but if you do real SUV things then it’s hard to beat. I am also not afraid of future expensive repairs being a Honda with a tried and true engine.

This is my third Honda that I have leased from this dealership mainly because of their superb customer service, honesty, professionality and competitive pricing. He follows-up at intervals after the sale to inquire of your satisfaction and to remind you that the sales experience does not end at delivery. Delivery, to him is actually the beginning of the next sale.

My only issue has been the HondaLInk. Haven't been able to install and its been almost a month. Very comfortable ride and very powerful. Got a Elite Black Edition

Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership. Fortunately, I was introduced to Mehmet Edipov right away and it was like meeting up with an old friend. Although there were issues on my end with unlocking my credit report and transferring and setting up my new car with my car insurance Mehmet worked thru all the issues with patience and skills. I moved up to the Nanuet area 24 years ago and needed a new car and Consumer Reports magazine ranked Honda very high, so I went to DCH Honda of Nanuet and purchased my first Honda. My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

I leased a 2025 HRV. It was a smooth transaction. The salesman Joey Naim was great he went over all the features of the car with me. The manager also was great explaining all the forms and lease contract .

We have driven various Hondas for over 25 years but this is our first Pilot. We are thrilled with the quiet and comfortable ride. We are looking forward to traveling in comfort, safety and style.

Everything was good the process was a little longer but the sell man makes it easier

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.
