The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

Have the black edition the ride is great but I think it lag of power for a 285 hp . I think for being the big dog of the Hondas and so expensive it should be like the Acura type x , more hp and difference from the line of pilots .

The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is smiling and happy to help, and the service is quick. I had an oil change with filters changed, wiper blades changed, alignment, and interior detail, and there was a scuff on the paint I wanted looked at, and they buffed it out for me. I always schedule my appointments far enough ahead to be able to have a loaner and they always provide a nice, sporty civic for me to use. The prices are so much better than other dealerships I've dealt with, and I don't feel like things are being added on that aren't necessary. Or that I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. This is definitely a wonderful environment and I love that they will do anything to ensure a happy customer.

He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations. Bought a 2025 CR-V hybrid from Junior at Gerald Honda in Countryside. What a great experience! Junior was extremely patient with showing various cars/trim levels, going on test drives and describing the features of the cars as well as describing the terrific lifetime warranty offered by Gerald. We received a an offer that included trade-in of two older vehicles that brought the total price down to a very competitive offer. I'm a long-time Acura driver and the current CR=V has all the features I enjoyed in my older TL, and lots more, all easy to operate!
