The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

I bought a new 2021 Honda CRV Hybrid EX-L from Cost Honda, Sea Girt, NJ few days back. It was a very pleasant atmosphere with no pressure. Cost Honda is the BEST dealership I've ever dealt with in past 20 years for purchasing a vehicle. Sales person Patrick Marotta made the buying process completely simple and effortless and I always feel like I am getting the best deal. Price of new car was very competetive and they gave me best trad-in value for my vehicle as well. Before byuing car from Coast Honda, I have visisted couple of other dealerships in Central New Jersey but not happy with the customer service or commitment they shawn to customer. They were not honoring the price they gave me via-email or online and it was a bit surpised when I visited dearlership. I would highly recommend Patrick Marotta Salers person and Coast Honda!!!!

Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

My salesperson Shah is wonderful. This is my second lease with him and he is always willing to work with me. He is very professional, patient and kind. He makes my leasing experience as uncomplicated and easy as possible. During the purchase process and afterwards, he takes the time to answer all of my questions. My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. Whether it was salespeople who didn’t seem invested or didn’t maintain enthusiasm when they thought we were not going to purchase a car we were turned off. We moved to Jersey and Metro Honda was close so we decided to give them a try and the experience was wonderful. Wife and I went looking for a used Honda pilot and ultimately purchased a new 2023 pilot which I love. Our salesperson Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any purchase. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience.
