The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Always have a great experience here. Usually bringing my vehicle for routine maintenance and they always give rides to and from work so that I can drop off my car hassle free. Service is always great this time I dealt with scott who was also a great help.

This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I want to work with their best sales professional, Victor Estrada.

I stopped by Porsche Tampa today with my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera. I asked Robert Kearney, my salesman, to give me a refresher insight into connections to menu electronics. I recently brought my Honda CR-V to Crown Honda for routine maintenance. I was greeted by my service advisor Damir Mujic who took care of me in a polite and professional manner. I explained that there was a mistake in the service that had been ordered. I wanted more than an oil change and told him I had a coupon which I left on the counter at home. He took care of everything and explained the new way that Crown now takes a video of the car and the undercarriage which I thought was a real improvement instead of just being told. My car was serviced in a very reasonable time frame and Mr. Mujic kept me apprised of what was going on and gave me a fairly accurate finish time for the service. I am very pleased with my experience with Crown Honda and the next time I will make sure I ask for Damir.

Had a great experience with Jordan. Very knowledgeable and not pushy like most all other dealerships. I started the process months ago and the only dealerships I revisited were the ones that did not push, push, push. Jordan offered additional services if and when I need help since I am not tech saavy. Keep up the great work and I will recommend Autonation Honda and Jordan to anyone.
