The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Overall the visit was fine, however 2 hours to replace a tire seemed too long. Communication was great. Facility was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall great process. My element is 20 years old and needed some repairs. Drop off was easy and even though they don't do body work, they provided information for someone they recommended. Teddy provided excellent customer service. The video inspection was helpful. The only thing was when I picked up the car, the gas was on empty, so I had to find a gas station right away.

Ali always takes care of my car and me! Regular maintenance and oil change, in and out in 2 hours. They have a comfortable waiting area that is quiet and peaceful. I trust their service department 100%!
