New and used 2025 Honda Pilot for sale near Glenwillow, OH

9/10/2022 My daughter and I met with Wendy. From the beginning she was great! She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Above all she has a vast knowledge of the product and explained it expertly.

My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

I thought i was treated very well the salesman was kind, professional and full of knowledge. I would go back to the dealership without hesitation.

We have driven various Hondas for over 25 years but this is our first Pilot. We are thrilled with the quiet and comfortable ride. We are looking forward to traveling in comfort, safety and style.

My wife and I have had some bad experiences with buying cars in the past but our experience at Jay Honda was incredible. The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Josh was very helpful and got me what I needed. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice. I would recommend him to anyone! This is the second car we have bought from Mentor Honda and we have been happy both times. Great job Josh !

I have purchased or brought friends to purchase seven KIA cars (Soul, Seltos, Sportage) in the past four years. Dave Sabitina has been my salesperson of choice for each of the transactions. He has gone above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction with each purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Dave. My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.

Nate was an excellent salesperson. He is personable and puts you at ease . Buying a car is stressful so having someone who is nice to work with makes it so much better. We leased a CRV and he was helpful and responsive. They did not have the car on the lot but they located it quickly.
