The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Came for an oil change, had an amazing breakfast omelette, and then looked at a new civic!

Had a great experience with Jordan. Very knowledgeable and not pushy like most all other dealerships. I started the process months ago and the only dealerships I revisited were the ones that did not push, push, push. This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I want to work with their best sales professional, Victor Estrada.

I have been having really good experiences with Crown Honda over the last 4 years. The work is done well and expeditiously. The service advisors Mathew Gordon and Xavier Montes have been very helpful interfacing the customer with the mechanic. It has worked very well. I needed to wait through the lunch period and appreciated the paid uber transportation to and from a local restaurant. I plan on using Crown Honda in the future as I plan on keeping my 2019 HRV
