New and used 2025 Honda Pilot for sale near Marion, NY

I had a great experience at Ide Honda. Emerson Benner was very helpful and had great communication throughout the whole process of me buying my car.

I have the TrailSport and I tow a 3000lb camper. Positives: 1. Ruggedness. I have off road tires and steel plate. I don’t plan to rock climb but camping and exploring often comes with bad roads and if your family is with you, this three row is superbly equipped and capable. 2. Comfort. The Trailsport is tuned off road but what a nice cushy ride without a lot of truck-like bounce. Potholes barely disturb it. 3. Layout. Really easy to jump in and drive away. I did not need a two-hour class at the dealership. A good blend of old and new. Not to hard to get into the menu to reset seats and few other things. 4. Towing. I towed 3000lb at 75mph with no problem. It was steady, tracked well and with the trailer brake (added on) it stopped just fine and gas mileage was great at about 13-14mpg loaded up. I was as high as 11,000 feet. It’s really a great all purpose family vehicle to tow the camper or boats. Negatives: 1. Solid black vinyl interior. You only get black and it gets hot as xxxx if it’s in the sun with a window down or door open. You cannot get ventilated seats. Honda, seriously, add another lighter color. 2. You cannot get a bench middle seat which I prefer and is in ALL the other Pilots. 3. Speed. The power is good but it’s geared for off road and towing so really it’s a neutral but it will not take off like lots of others unless you press the pedal pretty hard. It’s not lacking, just takes more pedal travel. Overall, I love it as a good value for the money, well equipped with the 360 cameras I love and tows and does dirt roads well. I would NOT get this model for soccer team suburban duty but if you do real SUV things then it’s hard to beat. I am also not afraid of future expensive repairs being a Honda with a tried and true engine.

Jeff the mechanic was also present and was great with tons of experience as a mechanic!! All were easy and comfortable to talk too coupled with solid service knowledge with very specific responses to my questions with detailed and thorough explanations. My only issue has been the HondaLInk. Haven't been able to install and its been almost a month. Very comfortable ride and very powerful. Got a Elite Black Edition

My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

Excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Services are explained thoroughly and clearly. I very much appreciate the video of the tech going over my car and recommending what needs to be worked on.

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Have had my 2017 crv since Tony sold it to me. I love this car. It handles great and over the years it has taken me all over the eastern United States. The service department is top notch. Am currently working with Adam and he is a pleasure. My key fob fell apart and he took the time to piece it back together. I was so thankful to him. Nothing eventful, dropped of rims to have new tires put on. Tires were in stock and I’ve heard no complaints from my wife who drives the vehicle said tires are on. The tires in question were Yokama Geolander. Bryce was my service advisor, no complaints.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jennifer adjusted to my personality and made myself and my son feel at ease. Car buying stresses me out. This was not the case. She answered all our questions, even when we asked the same ones more than once. Jennifer explained all the features of the CRV and explained the process of leasing so we were left with NO questions. She stayed in contact via email and respected our time. Finally, she even took care of switching the insurance from the old to the new. Jennifer and IDE Honda is where I/we will go from now on and will recommend them to everyone!

Quick service. The use of technology was awesome. While I was waiting, a live video was sent of the service on my car. It pointed out what was being serviced and what to consider for future service. Also, additional information about a future purchase of tires was provided with a price quote.
