This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and my salesman Adrien Trumpler was the absolute BEST!!! He was very diligent and helpful . He addressed all my concerns and actually listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and went the extra 5miles to ensure I was satisfied. He didn’t just try to sell me anything. My biggest fear was purchasing a lemon . He was very professional, kind , courteous and helpful during this process and I couldn’t be happier ! Mr Carlos Santana from the finance department was also very helpful when it came to me getting the best deal for my car payments. He was patient with me which I greatly appreciate. Well I don’t know where to start from. My experience here was amazing like odee amazing. I got a sales person ROBERTO PARRA who was really amazing. He went all out. I told him I wanted a Honda pilot black and didn’t have one in stock told me it was on its way. But all that time he was on top of things keeping me updated. Helped me get insurance for the car and all. Amazing sales person if anyone reading this and is going to buy a car there ask for Roberto Parra. He even at the end taught me all the features of the car. Another person is Olecia from Finance she helped me a lot with the paper work and did an amazing job getting me a deal with capital one. She was amazing too keeping me updated with the financial part. I thank you a lot both of you I have an amazing car and Thnxs for the help. Best team

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

This is actually the third time I bought a car from Honda of New Rochelle. However, this latest purchase in July 2023 was by far the most outstanding service a customer could expect. I had researched the 2024 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid, and Jonathan Ortiz, the salesman was superb when I visited the showroom. They were straight up. They quoted me the best price. When my particular model and color came in, Jonathan and I made the entire deal over text messages. Two days later, I was picking up my brand new CRV. Then it got even better, Olecia Cooper. the finance manager was fantastic as well. She treated you like a real person not just a customer. Olecia and Jonathan went out of their way to make sure I was the 100% satisfied. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would definitely give Honda of New Rochelle your business. You certainly will not be disappointed.

Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

Best experience for my first car purchase, I was stressing looking online for vehicles & came across a car at Honda new Rochelle I liked set up a appointment unfortunately when I got there it had been sold the day before but thanks to Pedro Gutierrez my sales consultant for helping find a vehicle for my family and I, the team at Honda New Rochelle was quick and pleasant to work with helped me every step of the way. Would recommend 100%.

Have the black edition the ride is great but I think it lag of power for a 285 hp . I think for being the big dog of the Hondas and so expensive it should be like the Acura type x , more hp and difference from the line of pilots .

I love the remote start and the seat warmers! I love the way it rides! So smooth!! I bought it so I can put both of my large dogs in it at the same time. They both fit perfectly, and have plenty of room!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Noel Ledesma and Richard Cirami at North Shore Honda, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. My partner and I financed a vehicle from this dealership and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Noel. Unlike other car salesmen, he did not come off as greedy or pushy, but rather, patient, engaging, friendly, and even funny. I felt as though I was speaking with a friend rather than an employee. Noel took the time to show us all the available options for the specific model we were interested in and allowed us to take our time with no rush to sign any paperwork. Once we decided on a certain vehicle, he worked with us to get us to where we wanted. He provided constant updates and was very efficient with his time, always letting us know what he was doing and how long he would be away from his desk. I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I had the most exceptional experience with the team at Hillside Honda - Edwin Luzon and Eli Hartley - who were both supremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. Upon arriving to collect the car, Edwin professionally too me through the paperwork, dominated all the features of the car, and sent me on my way with helpful directions to get out of the city.

We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! We will definitely be back when we need another car!! Thank you!! Honesty goes a loooong way!!

I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. A few other visits to nearby dealerships and test driving other cars, I returned to Hillside Honda to purchase my car. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved. He even took the time to set up my Car Play so that I could drive with my favorite tunes. I’m so happy with my purchase and would recommend seeing Ahnaf at Hillside Honda.

My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. Whether it was salespeople who didn’t seem invested or didn’t maintain enthusiasm when they thought we were not going to purchase a car we were turned off. We moved to Jersey and Metro Honda was close so we decided to give them a try and the experience was wonderful. Wife and I went looking for a used Honda pilot and ultimately purchased a new 2023 pilot which I love. Our salesperson Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any purchase. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience. I strongly recommend Metro Honda and the strong team that works there.
