At my Brandon Honda service appointment, I received excellent service from James Johnson and also experienced excellent customer relations from Chris Irvin.

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Had a great experience with Jordan. Very knowledgeable and not pushy like most all other dealerships. I started the process months ago and the only dealerships I revisited were the ones that did not push, push, push. Great handling to crazy door lock alarm issue. Unfortunately 1st early Friday call was disconnected, but 2nd call Michelle Dessert made the day! While it wasn't cheap, the crazy blaring alarm has gone silent and I can lock the car again(and stop scaring myself and outsiders)!

Mike in service is amazing, after our Honda was towed in Mike explained everything throughly and got us fixed & out the door the same day! Jake in sales offered to pick us up and drive us to the dealership instead of waiting for the tow truck! Fantastic customer service all around!
